Purcell’s golf teams opened the 2024 season, hosting the Purcell Invitational at Brent Bruehl Memorial Golf Course.
The team shot 384.
Junior Hudson Cook shot a team-best 88, followed by senior Noah Gracey’s 93.
Josh McWhirter shot 97, Colt Taylor shot 106 and Noah Mason turned in 111.
OCS won the tournament with a 316.
Blanchard’s Carson Browning had the low individual round with a 72.
The Dragons will next travel to the Dickson Invitational at Lake Murray on March 28.
