Graveside services for Philip Daniel Machalinski, 41, of Blanchard were held April 17, 2021 at the Washington Cemetery. Services were under the under the direction of the Wilson-Little Funeral Home in Purcell.
Mr. Machalinski died April 13, 2021.
He was born Nov. 14, 1979 in Oklahoma City, the oldest of three children of Richard Raymond Machalinski and Dawn Ellen (Ferren) Machalinski.
Survivors include his parents, Richard and Dawn Machalinski of Blanchard; sisters, Wanda Clary of Littleton, Colo., Natalie Weigel and husband, Gregory, of Eagle River, Alaska, and Adeline Hope Machalinski of Moore and his grandfather, Karl Poorter.
