John’s spirit found solace in the simple pleasures of life - from practicing martial arts to fishing and swimming. His love for the outdoors was epitomized by his fondness of wolves and his adventures in spelunking, often seeking refuge as a cave dweller amidst nature’s wonders.

Known for his gregarious nature, John effortlessly befriended every stranger he met with a genuine warmth that emanated from his being. However, his true joy blossomed in the presence of family, relishing every moment spent together with an unwavering devotion that knew no bounds.

John was preceded in death by his mother, Wynona Mitchell.
