Paul Francis Graham was born to John Francis Graham and Leona May Graham (Simson) on December 24, 1945 in Longrun, Missouri. Paul’s family moved to a farm in Washington, Okla., when he was three and it was home ever since.

He grew up helping on the farm, attended Washington schools, and graduated with the Warrior class of 1964. He joined the Army after graduation, and served until 1968.

He married the love of his life, Peggy Brooks, on October 30, 1970 in Lexington. They first made their home in Moore, then moved back to Washington in 1984.

Paul spent most of his working years in the oil field trucking industry, and served as the yard manager for A&A Tank Truck Company before retiring. He drove a dirt track racecar for a number of years, and was a lifelong Dale Earnhardt fan. He raised a variety of horses for a number of years and always enjoyed working with them and watching them grow. In his free time, Paul loved being outdoors- camping, fishing, boating, and hunting coons or deer. He was an avid Waylon Jennings fan, and cheered on the Oklahoma Sooners and Dallas Cowboys every football season.

The last few years of his life were spent enjoying time with friends and family in Buncomb Creek at Lake Texhoma, where he resided with his companion, Kelly Hathcock. He was a beloved father and grandfather who will be dearly missed.

Paul was preceded in death by his parents, John and Leona Graham; his wife of 45 years, Peggy Graham and his siblings, Versie, Dorothy, Myrtle, Mae, Glessie and David.
