The Lexington Band will once again be holding their annual mattress fund-raiser Sunday, November 1, from 10 a.m. to 5 p.m. at Lexington High School.
Band director Tony Bertolozzi said his band this year is pushing to be more competitive at marching contests.
“Students have increased their contest scores by five points out of a 100 compared to this time last year,” Bertolozzi said. “And we have been invited to perform at the Alamo Bowl this coming December,” he said.
The Pride of Lexington hosts a one-day mattress fund-raiser Sunday, November 1, from 10 a.m. to 5 p.m. in the Lexington High School basketball gym.
Custom Fund-raising Solutions will offer new, name-brand mattresses, bases and bedding at sale prices, with free delivery anywhere in Oklahoma and financing available.
“A portion of every purchase supports band instruments, equipment, and student travel,” he confirmed.
