Four games, four wins

The Lexington Lady Bulldogs started their season on Monday with two victories. An 11-10 win over Maud and a 14-0 win over 5A Seminole.

Through those two games, the Lady ‘Dawgs scored 25 runs on 34 hits. They had eight RBIs in the win over Maud and 11 RBIs in the win over Seminole.

Kiely Givens was in the circle for both games.

They were in the Dibble Festival on Tuesday where they picked up a 30-16 win over Minco and an 18-4 win over Southmoore.

The Lady Bulldogs scored 30 runs on 29 hits in their first game.

All batters had at least two hits while Brodie Anderson and Tia Peery each had four.

Lexington finished the game with 28 ribbies.

In their second game, Lexington scored 18 runs on 21 hits.

Anderson was the leader at the plate, going 4-4 with eight RBIs.

She had a double, a triple and two homeruns.

Givens also had multiple RBIs with four.

To round out this week, Lexington will be in Sulphur on Thursday with the Bulldogs and ECP. Friday they will be in the Plainview Festival with games against Davis and Kingtson.
