Christina Lynn Williams died September 24, 2021 in Purcell, Oklahoma, at the age of 71 years 24 days. Memorial Services are scheduled for 1 p.m. Saturday, October 30, 2021 at Memorial Assembly of God Church. Online condolences may be made and service live streamed at www.wadleysfuneralservice.com.
Chris was born August 31, 1950 in Oklahoma City, Oklahoma, to Charles “Bud” and Charlene (Hottle) Townsley. She was raised in Oklahoma City, graduating from John Marshall High School in 1968.
Chris continued her education at Central State University.She worked many years in Printing and Reproduction, doing screen printing and typesetting.
On February 14, 1992, she married Ricky “Rick” Williams in Oklahoma City. They settled in Wanette, where they built their “green” home and became self sufficient farmers.
Chris enjoyed sewing, painting, arts and crafts of all kinds, especially miniatures, and doll houses. She loved cooking and creating recipes, gardening and taking care of her cats, dogs, goats and chickens.
Chris was preceded in death by her parents, Bud and Charlene Townsley; and her husband, Rick Williams.
Survivors include her sons, Noel Bouteller of South Carolina and Wade Bouteller of Oklahoma City; her granddaughter, Alyssa Scott; her brother, Phillip Townsley; and numerous other relatives and friends.
