NOTICE OF APPOINTMENT OF PERSONAL REPRESENTATIVE

Notice is hereby given to all heirs at law, legatees, devisees and beneficiaries of O.A. Goff, Deceased, that on the 14 day of November, 2025, DeWitt Clinton Goff produced and filed in the District Court of McClain County, Oklahoma, instruments in writing purporting to be certified copies of the Last Will and Testament and First and Second Codicils thereto of O.A. Goff, Deceased, and also filed in said Court his Petition praying that said Will and Codicils be admitted to probate, and that Letters Administration with Will Annexed issue thereon to DeWitt Clinton Goff, and that the identity of the heirs at law, legatees, devisees and beneficiaries be determined at the initial hearing.

And pursuant to an Order of this Court made on the 14 day of November, 2025 notice is hereby given that the 4 day of December, 2025 at the hour of 11:00 o’clock a.m., of said day, has been appointed as the time for hearing said Petition, proving said Will and Codicils, and determining the identity of said heirs at law, legatees, devisees and beneficiaries, at the District Court Room in the County Courthouse at Purcell, in said County of McClain County, State of Oklahoma, when and where all persons interested may appear and contest the same.
