ALLOWING FINAL ACCOUNT and DETERMINING HEIRSHIP, and PETITION FOR FINAL
DECREE OF DISTRIBUTION AND DISCHARGE
The duly appointed and qualified Personal Representative of the above captioned estate, on this date, filed in this Court, the Final Account of the administration of said estate, Petition for Order Allowing Final Account, Determining Heirship, and Petition for Final Decree of Distribution and Discharge of such Personal Representative, and the Court finds that said Final Account and Petition should be set for hearing on a day certain.
IT IS HEREBY ORDERED that said Petition will be heard on the 11th day of December, 2025, at 9:30 o’clock A. M., in the District Courtroom, County Courthouse, Purcell, Oklahoma, when and where all persons interested may appear and contest the same.
IT IS FURTHER ORDERED that notice thereof be given by mailing a copy of this Order and Notice of Hearing Petition to all of the heirs-at-law, devisees and legatees of the decedent as required by law.
