Notice is hereby given that MITCHELL BARNETT, Personal Representative of the Estate of ROBERT DALE BARNETT, Deceased, has filed in this Court the Petition for distribution of the estate. The hearing of the same has been fixed by the Court for the 8th day of January, 2026, at 9:30 o’clock A.M., at the County courthouse of McClain County, State of Oklahoma, and all persons interested in the estate are notified to appear and show cause, if any, why the heirs of ROBERT DALE BARNETT, deceased, should not be fully determined and the estate be distributed.
