COMBINED NOTICE TO CREDITORS AND NOTICE OF HEARING
To: All Persons Interested in The Estate of WINNIE FAYE CHAPMAN:
Take notice that on November 21, 2025, the Petitioner, RHONDA STIDHAM, filed in the District Court of MCCLAIN COUNTY, Oklahoma, a Petition for Summary Administration of the ESTATE of WINNIE FAYE CHAPMAN.
The Petitioner has further alleged that WINNIE FAYE CHAPMAN died testate September 18, 2025, an adult, domiciled and resident in Blanchard, Oklahoma and the total probable value of WINNIE FAYE CHAPMAN’S property in Oklahoma is less than $200,000.00. The names, ages, and last-known addresses of the known creditors, Special Administrators, executors, non-petitioning co-nominees, heirs, legatees, and devisees of WINNIE FAYE CHAPMAN so far as known to Petitioner, are as follows:

All creditors having claims against the above Decedent are required to present the claim within thirty (30) days of the granting of the Order Admitting the Petition and Combined Notice in this matter, or the claim shall be barred. Said claim must contain a description of all security interests and other collateral, if any, held by each creditor with respect to such claim to the Petitioner, RHONDA STIDHAM, c/o Tara M. Penick of Penick Legacy Law, PLLC, Attorney for Petitioner, 901 E. Main Street, Suite 125B, Yukon, Oklahoma 73099, on or before the following presentment date: January 5, 2026.
The final hearing has been set the 8th day of January, 2026, at 9:30 a.m., before the Honorable Gray in the MCCLAIN COUNTY Courthouse, Purcell, Oklahoma. At the hearing, the Court will decide whether to enter an order distributing Decedent’s Oklahoma property.
You are hereby advised that you must file objections to the Petition for Summary Administration before the hearing and send a copy to the Petitioner’s Attorney, Tara M. Penick, 901 E. Main Street, Suite 125B, Yukon, Oklahoma 73099, or you will be deemed to have waived any objections. If you have no objections, you need not appear at the hearing or make any filings with the Court.
If an objection is filed before the hearing, the Court will determine at the hearing whether summary proceedings are appropriate and, if so, whether the estate will be distributed and to whom the estate will be distributed.
