OF HEIRS, DEVISEES AND

LEGATEES, APPOINTMENT OF PERSONAL REPRESENTATIVE, AND ISSUANCE OF LETTERS TESTAMENTARY

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN to all persons interested in the Estate of SHEW TING CHONG, a/k/a ROSE CHONG SHEW TING/BARCELL, Deceased, that MICHAEL CHONG, the Petitioner, has produced in the District Court of McCLAIN County, State of Oklahoma, an instrument in writing purporting to be the Last Will and Testament of SHEW TING CHONG, a/k/a ROSE CHONG SHEW TING/BARCELL, Deceased, and also filed in said Court his Petition, together with the Decedent’s original said Will, praying that the Will be admitted to probate, that the heirs, devisees and legatees of said Decedent be determined by the Court, that he be appointed as Personal Representative, to serve without bond, and that Letters Testamentary be issued to him.

Pursuant to an Order of this Court made on the date hereof, notice is hereby given that on the 18th day of December, 2025, at 9:30 a.m., the Petition will be heard in the Courtroom of the Honorable Charles Gray, in the County Courthouse for McCLAIN County, State of Oklahoma, when and where all persons interested may appear and contest the same.
