Plaintiffs, by and through their attorney Lynn J. Bilodeau, filed a Petition in the above styled matter to quiet title in and to the real property located at 7981 Hilltop Ln., Newcastle, OK 73065, and described as:
The Southeast Quarter of the Northwest Quarter of the Southeast Quarter of the Northwest Quarter (SE/4 NW/4 SE/4 NW/4) of Section Thirty-three (33), Township Nine (9) North, Range Four (4) West of the I.M., McClain County, Oklahoma, less any minerals.
Should you fail to file a response to said Petition on or before January 21, 2026, (or if this is being served on you, within twenty (20) days of the date of service) the court will enter an order quieting the title in the named plaintiffs.
