LANG, Deceased, and the Unknown Successors, Heirs, Administrators, Devisees, Trustees, Executors and Assigns of ERNESTINE LANG, DANNY G. LANG, ANDREA D. BOYDSTON, and BARRY V. LANG, All Deceased,

The above-named Defendants will take notice that in the District Court of McClain County, Oklahoma, in the above-styled and numbered case, an action has been filed by the Plaintiffs, Brent Wayne Lang, Susan L. Stringer, Donna K. Stufflebean, Doris K. Chance, Danny P. Lang, Tanna S. Lang, John Farrow, Jamie Farrow, Tamara Lang, Jeff Lang, Kasie Lang, and Corrine Cooper, to quiet any right, title, or interest in and to the real property described herein below which you have or may claim to have and you must answer the Petition of said Plaintiffs on file in said cause on or before January 23, 2026 or the allegations of said Petition will be taken as true and judgment rendered accordingly, adjudging and decreeing that the Plaintiffs are the owners of, and that the Plaintiffs are in actual and peaceful possession and occupancy of, the following described real property situated in McClain County, Oklahoma, to-wit (the “Property”):

Lots 5, 6, 7 and 8 in Block 16 in the Town of Rosedale, McClain County, Oklahoma, according to the recorded plat thereof

free and clear of all liens, claims and encumbrances of Defendants, Ernestine Lang, Deceased, Danny G. Lang, Deceased, Andrea D. Boydston, Deceased, Barry V. Lang, Deceased, and the Unknown Successors, Heirs, Executors, Administrators, Devisees, Trustees and Assigns of Ernestine Lang, Deceased, Danny G. Lang, Deceased, Andrea D. Boydston, Deceased, and Barry V. Lang, Deceased, and they have no right, title, interest, lien, estate, encumbrance, claim, or assessment in or to said hereinabove described real property, and a Decree quieting and confirming the Plaintiffs’ title and possession thereto, as against said Defendants and their unknown successors, and forever barring and enjoining the Defendants and their unknown successors from any and all right, title, estate, interest or equity of redemption in and to the said lands and premises, or any part thereof.
