The heirs both known and unknown of ROSE DEAHN TILLEY, Deceased;

You have been sued by Sol T Cattle Co LLC in the District Court of McClain County, Oklahoma, in the above action where Petitioner alleges that they are the owners of the following real property:

SURFACE ONLY. The Southeast Quarter of the Southeast Quarter of the Southeast Quarter (SE1/4 SE1/4 SE1/4) of Section Twelve (12), Township Five (5) North, Range Three (3) East, I.M., McClain County, Oklahoma.

You are further notified that unless you answer the Petition on or before the 23rd day of January, 2026, the allegations of the Petition will be taken as true, and judgment determining the heirs of said Decedents and a decree quieting Petitioner’s title to the described property will be entered as is more particularly described in the Petition. A copy of your answer must also be delivered or mailed to the attorney for the Petitioner.
