NOTICE OF HEARING
STATE OF OKLAHOMA: To all persons, owners, producers, operators, purchasers and takers of oil and gas and all other interested persons, particularly in McClain County, Oklahoma, more particularly: AGS Oil & Gas Holdings, Inc.; Golden Creek Minerals; Canvas Energy, LLC; BCE-Mach III LLC; CAG, Inc.; Carole J. Drake, LLC; Carl E. Gungoll Exploration LLC; Deep Fork Production L.L.C.; Dixie Lake Operating, LLC; Ramsey W. Drake, II; DUNOK Energy Services, Inc.; Headington Royalty, Inc.; H&S Drilling Company; Hudgeons Gas & Oil, LLC; Kern Family Living Trust; Lean Dog Limited Partnership No. 1; Sabine Holdings, LP; Savitar Alpha Energy, LLC; Sirrah Investments, Inc.; W.B. Osborn Oil & Gas Operations; Weaver Energy Corporation; Wilhelm Resources, Inc.; and if any of the above are deceased, the unknown heirs, executors, administrators, devisees, trustees and assigns, immediate and remote, of the above-named parties; and if any of the above are entities which do not continue to have legal existence, the unknown trustees or assigns of such parties.
NOTICE IS GIVEN that Applicant in this cause filed for the modification of Order No. 555553 to designate Gilliland Oil & Gas, Inc. as the operator of the Champlin 1-14 well, a vertical well drilled under the terms of said order underlying the 160-acre drilling and spacing unit in the NE/4 of Section 14, Township 5 North, Range 4 West, McClain County, Oklahoma.
NOTICE IS FURTHER GIVEN that except as modified hereunder, Order No. 555553 is to remain in full effect as to the Caney, Mayes, Sycamore, Woodford, Hunton, Viola Lime, Bromide Dense, 1st Bromide and 2nd Bromide common sources of supply originally described in said order.
NOTICE IS FURTHER GIVEN that failure to file a written protest within the fifteen (15) day protest period, which shall run for fifteen (15) days from the date on which the last publication of the notice of hearing is made, shall be deemed consent to the granting of the Application.
NOTICE IS FURTHER GIVEN that this case will be heard before an Administrative Law Judge on the Initial Hearing Docket at the Corporation Commission, Will Rogers Memorial Office Building, 2401 N. Lincoln Blvd., Oklahoma City, Oklahoma, at 8:30 A.M. on the 8th day of December, 2025, and that this Notice be published as required by law and the Rules of the Commission. In the event no protest is filed, this Application may be remanded to the Oklahoma Corporation Commission Oil & Gas Conservation Division for administrative review and approval.
NOTICE IS FURTHER GIVEN that due to renovation work at the Jim Thorpe Office Building, the Commission’s Oklahoma City office is relocating to the Will Rogers Memorial Office Building at 2401 N. Lincoln Blvd., in the Capitol Complex, Oklahoma City, Oklahoma 73105. All hearings, docket calls, and public meetings will be conducted in the Concourse Theater or additional courtrooms located in the tunnel between the Will Rogers Memorial Office Building and the Sequoyah Memorial Office Building. The specific room location, including updates, of each scheduled hearing or public meeting will be available on or before the day of the event at the information desk in the first-floor lobby of the Will Rogers Memorial Office Building and on the Commission’s website at: https://oklahoma.gov/occ/court-dockets.html. Instructions for participating via teleconference or videoconference are available on the Commission’s website.
NOTICE IS FURTHER GIVEN that the Applicants and interested parties may present testimony by telephone. The cost of telephonic communication shall be paid by the person or persons requesting its use. Interested parties who wish to participate by telephone shall contact the Applicants or Applicants’ attorney, prior to the hearing date, and provide their name and phone number.
NOTICE IS FURTHER GIVEN that in the event this case is uncontested, the Applicants, its attorney, representatives, witnesses and other proponents of the Applicants may appear and conduct the hearing by telephone from either the Tulsa office facility, 201 West 5th Street, Suite 540, Tulsa, Oklahoma, or the Oklahoma City facility, Will Rogers Memorial Office Building, 2401 N. Lincoln Blvd., Oklahoma City, Oklahoma 73105.
