A McClain County Sheriff’s Deputy took top honors at a recent Cleveland County Sheriff’s Office graduation ceremony.

McClain County Deputy Darryl Bolke was named the Honor Graduate Award in the 10 candidate Basic Reserve Peace Officers Certification Academy. The class was Class 26 BR 7-2.

Bolke was not only named the Honor Graduate but also was presented the Top Gun Award, recognizing him as the top shooter in his class. And he did it with a revolver rather than a semi-automatic firearm.

“We are proud to have Deputy Bolke representing the McClain County Sheriff’s Office and congratulate him on this outstanding achievement,” sheriff Landy Offolter said.
