The Bulldogs were in Lone Grove on Tuesday night for a battle with the Longhorns.
Last Tuesday they hosted CCS, but fell to the Royals 67-59.
Three Bulldogs were in double figures in the loss. Zeke Faulkenberry led his team with 18 points, while Ty Mixon added 16 and Drew Dierking had 15.
Lexington held a 28-20 lead at halftime, but were outscored 31-18 in the final stanza to drop the game by eight.
Starting Thursday the Bulldogs will be in Wynnewood for their annual invitational. Lexington plays Bridge Creek at 2:30 p.m.
Girls
The Lady ‘Dawgs dropped their game with CCS last week, 64-24.
Abby Sample was the leading scorer for Lexington in the loss with nine points.
CCS jumped out in front from the tip and Lexington had a hard time clawing their way back into the game.
The Lady ‘Dawgs were on the road at Lone Grove Tuesday night.
They will be in Wynnewood starting Thursday for their annual invitational. Lexington will play Bridge Creek at 4 p.m.
