Trick or Treat dates set

It’s official.

City-wide trick or treating in Purcell will be on Halloween, October 31.

The dress up day for Halloween at the Purcell Elementary School will also be on October 31.

That’s the word from Purcell City Hall and PES Principal Tammy Dillard.

Mrs. Dillard said the Purcell PTO was unanimously in favor of having trick or treat on the 31st as well as all her faculty.

The Heart of Oklahoma Chamber of Commerce Board of Directors voted last week to have the downtown candy giveaway on Tuesday, October 29, in Purcell.

Lexington's city-wide trick or treat will also be Thursday, October 31.
