Two Lexington wrestlers will be going to the State Tournament this weekend at the Oklahoma City Fairgrounds.
Freshman Tristan Buchanan will be representing the Bulldogs in the 132 pound weight class with a fourth place finish at the 3A West Regional.
Cash Sessions will be wrestling in the 138 pound class after his 5th place finish. Brady Rillema will serve as an alternate for the 170 pound class after he finished sixth in the bracket.
“The boys wrestled great this weekend, I wish we could have qualified Brady,” head coach Jared Garrett said. “He wrestled hard and I can’t be any more proud of him.”
