To conserve water, the city of Purcell is implementing a mandatory odd/even lawn watering policy. If your house number is an even number, you can water your yard on the even days of the month. If your house number is an odd number, you can water your yards on the odd days of the month.
“We are encouraging people to use the water wisely,” City Manager Sam Demel said.
