A pursuit out of Garvin County that started at a marijuana grow near Maysville ended at Jackson and Green Avenue in Purcell early Sunday morning.

That’s reportedly when the vehicle carrying up to five suspects from a break-in and burglary of the grow facility sustained a flat tire. They ditched the vehicle after striking a stop sign at the intersection and fled on foot.

The incident prompted an emergency message for Purcell residents to remain in their homes with the doors and windows locked.

Reportedly, two of the suspects called for an Uber to pick them up at Mazzio's in Purcell. When the Uber arrived, law enforcement arrested the two men. There were reports of up to five suspects but officials in Maysville and the Garvin County Sheriff’s were unavailable for comment.
