Funeral services for Gerald Jackson Holder, 84, of Newalla were held at 2 p.m. Wednesday, May 22, 2024 at the North Side Church of God in Norman. Interment will follow at Washington Cemetery under the direction of the Wilson-Little Funeral Home in Purcell.
Mr. Holder died May 17, 2024.
He was born Aug. 7, 1939 in Oklahoma City, the oldest of four children of Walter Lee Holder and Eunice Fern (Tevis).
Survivors include his wife, his wife, Pauletta Holder of the home; son, Jeff Smock of Newalla; daughter, Renee Vanderpool (Rick); sisters, Paula and Linda; in-laws, Dana and Pat Wagner, John and Flo Oswald and Marie Dowdy; three grandchildren and numerous great-grandchildren.
