Enrollment

Lexington Public Schools will hold enrollment in the High School Commons area.

Enrollment forms are the school's website and can expedite the enrollment process when printed and completed.

All returning students must bring and up-to-date immunization record and one proof of residency. All new students must bring a state issued birth certificate, social security card, immunization record, and one proof of residency (driver's license does not count).

Please ensure your Pre-K, Kindergarten and seventh grade children are current on their immunization records.  The requirements can be found here.
