A Mass of Christian Burial for Emil Engdahl, 85, of Purcell was held Dec. 11, 2023 at Our Lady of Victory Catholic Church in Purcell. Interment was at Hillside Cemetery in Purcell under the direction of the Wilson-Little Funeral Home in Purcell.
Mr. Engdahl died Dec. 5, 2023 surrounded by his family.
Emil Leon Engdahl was born on Sept. 29, 1938 in Purcell, the youngest of three children of Eric Set Engdahl and Katherine M. (Wellinghoff) Engdahl.
Survivors include his loving wife, Betty Engdahl of the home; son, Leon Engdahl and wife, Cherie, of Purcell; two daughters, Pam Vaughn and husband, Mike, of Purcell and Kathy Wollenberg and husband, Paul, of Purcell; brother, Herb Engdahl of Lexington; six grandchildren and four great-grandchildren.
