The Oklahoma Highway Patrol continues its investigation into a June 13 traffic accident one mile south of SH 39 on SH 76.
The one-vehicle accident sent two people to OU Medical Center in Oklahoma City.
The driver of the 2002 Chevrolet Silverado, Roberto G. Castellan-Iglesias, 28, of Dibble, was transported by McClain/Grady EMS to the hospital.
He was admitted in good condition with internal and external trunk injuries.
A passenger in the vehicle, 61-year-old Oseas Barron-Torres, also of Dibble was transported to the hospital by AirEvac and admitted in critical condition with head, arm, leg, internal and external trunk injuries.
The OHP said the passenger was pinned in the vehicle for approximately 45 minutes before being freed by the Dibble Fire Department using the Hurst Tool.
Troopers investigating the scene included Conway of the Traffic Homicide Unit of Troop Z, Terry and Pittman of the Cleveland/McClain detachment of Troop A as well as Dibble Police, McClain County Sheriff’s Department and the EMS units.
