Attention all kids!
On September 8 from 9 a.m. until noon the McClain County Election Board will be holding an election at the McClain County Free Fair.
Kids will have the opportunity to choose between two candidates (swimming and hopping), Tommy C. Turtle and Ruby B. Rabbit.
Ruby says don’t get them confused with the story of the tortoise and the hare.
“I will get the jump on Tommy,” Ruby said.
Tommy has announced he is in training right now and has even used turtle wax to make him swifter.
The winner will be announced September 8 at the Expo Building.
