Here’s a really easy recipe that everyone loves.

Slow Cooker Chicken and Gravy

2 lbs. boneless, skinless chicken breasts

1 tsp. salt

1/2 tsp. black pepper

1/2 tsp. garlic powder

1 can cream of chicken soup

2 packets chicken gravy mix

1 cup chicken broth

2 tsps. Dijon mustard (optional)

Season the chicken breasts on both sides with salt, pepper and garlic powder. Place the chicken in the slow cooker.

In a bowl, whisk together the cream of chicken soup, dry gravy mix packets, chicken broth and Dijon mustard until smooth. Pour the gravy mixture over the chicken, covering it completely.

Cook on low for 6-8 hours. Remove chicken from slow cooker and shred it using two forks. Return the chicken to the slow cooker and stir it into the gravy until well coated.

Serve over rice, mashed potatoes or egg noodles.
