Editor’s note: Answering The Purcell Register’s five questions this week is Caleb Stauffer, broker and auctioneer with Musgrave Real Estate.
Q: Which type of real estate do you most like to handle (i.e., homes, land, commercial)?
A: I enjoy working with all types of real estate. They all seem to have challenges and rewards and I always try to stay involved in agricultural properties like farms and ranches.
Q: How did you get started in real estate?
A: My grandparents started Musgrave Real Estate almost 40 years ago, so I grew up around the industry.
Q: What advice do you give buyers in a seller’s market or sellers in a buyer’s market?
A: I tell buyers and sellers to get themselves a good experienced real estate professional like the agents at Musgrave Real Estate and that agent will help them walk through the process and accomplish their goals regardless of the market.
Q: What is something most people don’t know about you?
A: That I get to help my amazing wife, Cassidy, with her awesome cooking show.
Q: What are your hobbies?
A: Lots of hobbies, but writing, recording and performing music has been a major one throughout my life. And with the help of some friends we were able to release an album even during the pandemic which I am proud of. My family and I are also involved in volunteer work that we enjoy and that helps us stay focused, close-knit and content.
