Salcedo was 3-3 and also had a triple. She had three RBIs as well.

Presley Lucas, Kinzlee Pogue and Julie Hoehner were all also 3-3.

The first was a 17-13 final. The next was a 19-14 defeat.

Washington got homers from Daphne Palumbo, Massey and Pogue in the first game but it wasn’t enough.

Washington had an error-riddled game in the second meeting and gave up nine runs in the second inning to the Pirates.

Palumbo, Pogue and Adkins homered. Adkins had three ribbies.

Tecumseh

The Warriors righted the ship with a 15-13 win over Tecumseh Monday.
