One man was treated for stab wounds at OU Medical Center in Oklahoma City and another man was arrested and placed in the McClain County Jail.
McClain County officials reported that just before midnight February 3, a fight between two ranch hands at an area horse ranch resulted in one man being stabbed with a knife.
“The injured party was then transported to Purcell Hospital by a private car,” deputies reported.
He was later transferred to the Oklahoma City hospital.
Members of the McClain County Sheriff's Office, the Oklahoma Highway Patrol and Dibble Police arrived on scene and took Norberto Diaz into custody without incident.
Investigators believe that alcohol was a factor in the incident.
Diaz is currently housed in the McClain County Jail for assault and battery with a dangerous weapon.
He is being held without bond with an immigration hold.
