The Court of Criminal Appeals of the State of Oklahoma set the execution date for inmate Kevin Ray Underwood.
Underwood was convicted of first degree murder in the April 2006 slaying of 10-year-old Jamie Rose Bolin.
The execution of Underwood by lethal injection is scheduled for 10 a.m. on December 19 at the Oklahoma State Penitentiary, in accordance with Oklahoma Statue Title 22 Section 1015.
December 19 is also Underwood’s birthday.
