All items on this agenda, including but not limited to any agenda item concerning the adoption of any ordinance, resolution, contract, agreement, or any other item of business, are subject to amendment, including additions and/or deletions. This applies to every individual agenda item without providing this same amendment language with respect to each individual agenda item. The governing body may adopt, approve, ratify, deny, defer, recommend, amend, strike, refer to committee or subcommittee, or continue any agenda item. When more information is needed to act on an item, the governing body may refer to the matter to its city/trust manager, attorney or their commending board, commission or committee or may continue or table an item for further consideration.

ORDER OF BUSINESS

1. (5:30 pm) THE MEETING PLACE WILL BE OPENED: Registered Voters will sign pollbook and be seated in designated seating. As well, the clerk will take affidavits of candidacy for those registered voters who qualify to be a candidate.

5. Reading of the Notice of Special Meeting for the purpose of electing officers.
6. Call for Nominations for one (1) Board Member seat to be elected for a term ending 2027.
7. Call for Nominations for two (2) Board Member seats to be elected for a term ending 2029. 
8. Act on closing the Floor to Nominations.
9. Act on Opening the Floor to Candidates who have completed their statement of candidacy.
10. Act on closing the Floor to Candidates.
11. Call for Recess of meeting to Prepare Ballots.
12. Call for Reconvene meeting.
13. Act on opening the floor to the public voting process.
14. Act on closing the floor to the public voting process.
