Notice:  An application has been filed with the Town of Goldsby, Oklahoma for a USE PERMITTED ON REVIEW in A-1 (General Industrial District) for a Caretaker Home.

A part of the Southwest Quarter of the Southwest Quarter (SW ¼ SW ¼) of Section Twenty-Five (25), Township Eight (8) North, Range Three (3) West of the I.M., McClain County, Oklahoma, being more particularly described as follows: 

BEGINNING at the Southwest Corner of the SE ¼ SW ¼ SW ¼ SW ¼ of said Section 25; thence N 00°07’22” E and along the West Line of said SE ¼  SW ¼ SW ¼ SW ¼ a distance of 329.98 feet; thence N 40°29’46” E a distance of 433.18 feet; thence N 00°07’22” E a distance of 387.31 feet; thence S 89°56’08” E a distance of 456.98 feet; thence S 07°27’29” W a distance of 452.96 feet; thence S 43°26’46” W a distance of 371.34 feet; thence S 35°18’00” W a distance of 401.50 feet to the South Line of said Section 25; thence N 89°56’08” W along said South Line a distance of 193.78 feet to the POINT OF BEGINNING.

COMMENCING at the Southwest Corner of the SE ¼ SW ¼ SW ¼ SW ¼ of said Section 25; thence N 00°07’22” E and along the West Line of said SE ¼ SW ¼ SW ¼ SW ¼ a distance of 329.98 feet; thence N 40°29’46” E a distance of 433.18 feet; thence N 00°07’22” E a distance of 387.31 feet the POINT OF BEGINNING; thence continuing N 00°07’22” E a distance of  115.02 feet to a 3/8 inch Rebar, RPS Cap 1163; thence S 75°48’15” E a distance of 471.12 feet to a 3/8 inch Rebar RPS Cap 1163; thence N 89°56’08” W a distance of 456.98 feet to the POINT OF BEGINNING.

Together with all the improvements thereon and the appurtenances thereunto belonging, and warrant the title the same.

The proposed use permitted on review will be brought before the Planning Commission meeting on the 27TH day of August, 2026 at 6:30PM at Town Hall, 100 E. Center Rd., Goldsby ,OK, at which time and place any affected person(s) may appear to protest or support the passage thereof.  Any written protest must be filed with the town clerk prior to 4:30PM of the day of the meeting.
