PUBLIC HEARING NOTICE FOR USE PERMITTED ON REVIEW

Notice: An application has been filed with the Town of Goldsby, Oklahoma by Jeremiah and Rebekah Couch for a USE PERMITTED ON REVIEW in A-1 (Agricultural-Residential District) to allow the mobile home to remain as a caretaker home. New home of brick and mortar will be built.

LEGAL:  A tract of land a part of the Northeast Quarter (NE/4) of the Northeast Quarter (NE/4) of Section Twenty (20), Township Seven (7) North, Range Two (2) West of the Indian Meridian, McClain County, Oklahoma, more particularly described as follows: Commencing from the Southeast corner of the Northeast Quarter (NE/4) of the Northeast Quarter (NE/4) of said Section 20; Thence S89°58’36”W, along the South line of said NE/4-NE/4, a distance of 74.3 feet TO THE POINT OF BEGINNING, said point also being on the Westerly right of way line of State Highway 74; thence S89°58’36”W a distance of 1243.84 feet; Thence N0°04’00”E a distance of 509.22 feet; Thence S89°33’20”E a distance of 469.96 feet; thence S0°26’40”W a distance of 58.47 feet; Thence S61°45’17”E a distance of 310.78 feet; Thence S54°18’29”E a distance of 136.90 feet; Thence S89°33’30”E a distance of 388.63 feet; Thence S0°02’37”E a distance of 216.65 feet to the POINT OF BEGINNING.

The proposed use permitted on review will be brought before the Planning Commission meeting on the 23rd day of JULY 2026 at 6:30PM at Town Hall, 100 E. Center Rd., Goldsby, OK, at which time and place any affected person(s) may appear to protest or support the passage thereof.  Any written protest must be filed with the town clerk prior to 4:30PM on the day of the meeting.
