PUBLIC HEARING NOTICE

Notice is hereby given that the Planning Commission will conduct a public hearing to be held at 6:30pm on the 25th day of June 2026 and the Town Board of the Town of Goldsby will conduct a public hearing to be held at 7:30 pm o’clock on the 9th day of July 2026, in the council room of the Town of Goldsby, McClain County, Oklahoma.

The purpose of the public hearings is to receive comments from parties of interest and citizens regarding a proposed administrative amendment to the Town of Goldsby Zoning Regulations, specifically Section 2-47 of the C-1 General Commercial zoning district. The proposed amendment includes the removal of Item D: “Dwelling units above stores or shops.” 

All interested persons shall have an opportunity to be heard at the time and place indicated above. The proposed amendment may be examined by any interested party or citizen in the Office of the Town Clerk of Goldsby, Oklahoma, during regular business hours.
