The only question for CBS pulling the plug on late night talk show host Stephen Colbert is why did it take so long?

The only folks that are squawking are liberal journalists, Hollywood stars and left wingers.

I’m not sure what he would have talked about all these years if it hadn’t been for a guy named Donald Trump.

The problem for folks like Colbert is that everyone isn’t a Democrat.

CBS, who has admitted his show has cost them between $40 and $50 million a year, decided to stick a cork in that black hole.

He gets paid $15 million a year to gripe and moan about the right.

Too bad his contract is good through 2026, so he’s really not going anywhere soon.

It was just a few short years ago that Jay Leno called him and other late night talk show hosts out for being so political.

They seemingly can’t just tell jokes. They have to say something negative about the right.

It’s apparently not working out for them.
