He turned around and lost to Altus, before beating Lawton High’s William Downey 6-0, 6-1.
Eli Gracey and Liam Hopkins were Consolation Champions in No. 2 doubles. After losing to Duncan, they defeated Lawton Eisenhower 6-3, 6-0. In the championship they went to a supertiebreaker over Duncan 6-4, 3-6, 11-9.
Asa Byrne placed six in No. 1 singles.
Eli Gracey and Konnor Bailey finished sixth in No. 2 doubles. For the girls Kylee Beasley finished seventh in No. 1 singles. Isabella Jones finished eighth in No. 2 singles.
Kylie Thurston and Chloe Morrow teamed to finish seventh in No. 1 doubles. Alexis Jurado and Justus Fulbright finished sixth in No. 2 doubles.
The girls traveled to Ardmore on Monday and finished seventh as a team.
Kylee Beasley was sixth in No. 1 singles.
Alexis Jurado finished seventh in No. 2 singles while Kylie Thurston and Chloe Morrow finished seventh in No. 1 doubles. Isabella Jones and Josie Cain teamed for a sixth place finish in No. 2 doubles.
The boys went down to Ardmore Tuesday, March 10 and finished fourth as a team.
Mason Rogers, in No. 2 singles and Aidan Blankenship and Aidan Brown in No. 1 doubles finished fourth. Asa Byrne played her way to sixth in No. 1 singles while Konnor Bailey and Eli Gracey finished sixth in No. 2 doubles.
