A series of thunderstorms dumped 1.9” of rain on the Heart of Oklahoma Thursday and overnight hiking the total for the year to 8.05”.
Comparatively, the area had recorded 7.5” for this same time last year.
Oklahoma City has recorded 4.9” with the normal year-to-date total sitting at 4.56”.
Additional rain is predicted for today (Thursday).
