Sold out chamber banquet tonight

The annual Heart of Oklahoma Chamber of Commerce awards banquet is set for (tonight) Thursday night.

Doors open at Southwind Hills in Goldsby at 5:30 p.m. with dinner to follow.

On the menu is pork tenderloin, potatoes, vegetables and salad.

The event, which is sold out, is being sponsored by OEC and OEC Fiber.

At the banquet, the Purcell Citizen of the Year will be announced along with the Giving Time recipients from the City of Purcell and chamber of commerce and the Town of Goldsby Organization of the Year.

“This is a wonderful opportunity to get together with decision makers from the Heart of Oklahoma businesses and have a night of camaraderie and celebration,” Chamber Executive Director Elisabeth Baker said.
