Last week’s several day rain event lifted Purcell’s year-to-date rainfall to nearly eight inches.
From Wednesday through the weekend Purcell recorded 3.8” bringing the total for 2025 to 7.87”.
Washington recorded 3.46” while Byars recorded 5.39” Norman, 2.92” and Pauls Valley 3” during the rain event.
Oklahoma City has recorded 4.96” for the year. The normal year-to-date mark is 5.74”.
Additional rain and storms are in the extended forecast.
