A retirement parade will be held at Purcell Elementary June 4 from 5 p.m. to 7 p.m. to honor retiring principal Tammy Dillard.
Mrs. Dillard will be standing at PES as well-wishers drive by.
“We encourage you to make a sign and stake it to the ground anywhere in front of the elementary school’s main entrance,” a school official said.
People can also have signs on their vehicles as they drive by. In an effort to practice social distancing participants are encouraged to stay in their vehicles.
