Graveside services for Randal Allen Williams, 68, of Purcell will be held at 3 p.m. Friday, May 22, 2026 at Hillside Cemetery in Purcell. Services will be under the direction of the Wilson-Little Funeral Home of Purcell.
Mr. Williams passed away Sunday, May 17, 2026.
He was born May 25, 1957, during the early morning hours at McCurdy Hospital in Purcell, Okla., to Doug and Yvonne Williams, joining his sister, Darla.
Randy grew up in the Purcell area, graduating with the Dragons Class of 1975. Soon after graduation, he relocated to southern Louisiana to work offshore for a couple of years. He then returned to Oklahoma to work in oilfield fabrication and pipeline, before settling into farm and ranch construction.
Randy married Doretta in the fall of 1988, and they bought the old Atchley farm and through the years raised their kids and cattle. Randy was a man of great faith, and devoted to studying God’s word in Bible study. He earnestly wanted to know and understand God’s will and mysteries for his children. He will be dearly missed!
He was preceded in death by his parents, Doug and Yvonne Williams; his stepmother, Laura Williams and son, Travis Williams.
Randy leaves behind his wife Doretta; children, Weston Sterling and wife, Nicole, and Tomi Sterling and Jennifer Williams; grandchildren, Ashleigh, Michael, Trenton, Makayla and Caleb; two great-grandchildren; his sister, Darla Delcambre; nieces, nephews, cousins and many friends.
