STATE OF OKLAHOMA TO: UNKNOWN SUCCESSORS, ASSIGNS, AND CREDITORS OF SOUTHHAVEN PROPERTIES, INC.

You are hereby notified that an action has been filed in the District Court in and for McClain County, State of Oklahoma, in Case No. CV-2026-14 alleging that Plaintiff, PLC - OK ASSETS, LLC, is the owner in fee simple and in actual, open, quiet and peaceful possession of the following described Property and premises situated in McClain County, Oklahoma, to-wit:

SURFACE RIGHTS ONLY: A portion of the Southeast Quarter of the Southwest Quarter (SE1/4 SW1/4) of Section TWENTY-THREE (23), Township SIX (6) North, Range TWO (2) West, McClain County, Oklahoma, lying South and East of Highway 74 Right-of-Way (100’ in width) being more particularly described as follows: Beginning at the SW/Corner of said SE1/4 SW1/4; thence N00°02’23”W along the West line of said SE1/4 SW 1/4 for a distance of 335.95 feet to a point on the Southeasterly Right-of-Way line of said Highway 74; thence Northeasterly along a curve to the right having a radius of 2814.80 feet (subtended by a chord bearing N35°30’49”E and a chord length of 627.21 feet) for an arc length of 628.51 feet to a point on the South line of Lot 1 Block 1 of Southway Industrial Park; thence S00°05’12”W along the South line of said Lot 1 continuing to and along the West line of Elliott Drive as recorded in the Southway Mobile Home Park plat for a total distance of 846.77 feet to a point on the South line of said SE1/4 SW1/4; thence N89°57’19”W for a distance of 362.83 feet to the Point of Beginning.

The Plaintiffs’ Petition alleges that you claim some right, title, lien, estate, encumbrance, claim, assessment or interest in and to the above-described real property, adverse to Plaintiff, PLC - OK ASSETS, LLC by, through or under the unreleased mortgage filed at Book 2236 Pages 379-382 of the records of McClain County, Oklahoma or otherwise, which constitutes a cloud on the title to the above-described real property; and further alleges that you have no right, title, lien, estate, encumbrance, claim, assessment or interest, either in law or in equity, in and to said real property by, through or under the unreleased mortgage filed at Book 2236 Pages 379-382 of the records of McClain County, Oklahoma or otherwise.

You are hereby notified that you have been sued and must answer the Petition filed by the Plaintiffs on or before the 11th day of March, 2026, or the allegations of said Petition will be taken as true and judgment rendered against you adjudging that the Mortgage has been fully paid, satisfied and is of no further force or effect; adjudging that you have no right, title, lien, estate, encumbrance, claim, assessment or interest, either in law or in equity, in and to said real property; and a decree quieting title on said real property will be entered in favor of Plaintiff PLC - OK ASSETS, LLC free and clear of the mortgage filed at Book 2236 Pages 379-382 of the records of McClain County, Oklahoma.
