Jason Pruitt (Pruitt lnvestments, LLC), owners of the following described property, do hereby make application and petition the Purcell City Commission to re-zone the below-mentioned property in accordance with Section 122-13 of the City of Purcell Code of Ordinances (2003).

S/2 NE/4 SW/4 AND SE/4 SW/4 of Section 35, Township 7 North, Range 2 West, McClain County, Oklahoma, less and except 13 acres in Southwest Corner of the SE/4 SW/4 described as follows: A tract of land described as beginning at the Southwest Corner of the Southeast Quarter of the Southwest Quarter of Section Thirty-five (35), Township Seven (7) North, Range Two (2) West, McClain County, Oklahoma, and running thence North along the West line of said Southeast Quarter of the Southwest Quarter a distance of 1279.6 feet to the intersection of said line with the South line of the Right-of-Way of the State Highway easement recorded in Book 166 at page 381 of the records in the office of the County Clerk; thence Southeasterly along the South line of said Highway easement to its intersection with the South line of said Southeast Quarter of the Southwest Quarter of said Section, thence West along the South line of said Section a distance of 1201 feet to the place of beginning, being all that part of the Southeast Quarter of Southwest Quarter of the Section Thirty-five (35), Township Seven (7) North, Range Two (2) West, McClain County , Oklahoma, South and West of the Right-of-Way of State Highway No. 74.
