Despite the prediction of snow, the Purcell Municipal Hospital Foundation Gala will go on as planned Saturday at The Grand Canadian Theater.

The event is from 6:30 to 10 p.m. and will feature a silent auction and a 50/50 dance game that can be entered by purchasing $10 strands of beads.

The fund-raiser event will be a seated meal followed by dancing from 8 p.m. to 10 p.m.

The dress code for the celebration will be cocktail attire.
