Graveside services for Peggy Qualls, 89, of Purcell will be held at 2 p.m. Thursday, December 18, 2025 at Hillside Cemetery in Purcell. Services will be under the direction of the Wilson-Little Funeral Home of Purcell.
Mrs. Qualls passed away Wednesday, December 10, 2025.
Peggy Ann Daily was born August 13, 1936 in the Ladd Community to William Bryan “Bill” Daily and Jessie Leota (Harper) Thomas.
She was raised primarily in Purcell where she attended school. Peggy answered the call in service to her country and served proudly in the United States Army.
She married the love of her life, Ramon Earl Qualls, on November 2, 1968 in Purcell. Together, they raised two sons, Tony and Jason. Peggy worked as a beautician/hair stylist and owned and operated Qualls Wash & Wad in Purcell for 25 years. She stayed busy, even in retirement, and eventually started working at Walmart and retired as sporting goods manager at the age of 81.
Away from work, she enjoyed shooting guns and collecting classic/Christmas Barbie dolls. Peggy was a gifted seamstress. She enjoyed crocheting and quiliting and making clothes, and she shared her many talents with her family and friends. She cherished her family and especially her grandchildren. She will be dearly missed!
She was preceded in death by her son, Tony Tyner; her husband, Ramon Qualls; her parents, Bill Daily and Jessie Thomas and her siblings, William Daily Jr., Paul Daily and Maxwell Daily.
Peggy is survived by her son, Jason Qualls and wife, Retha, of Purcell; her grandchildren, Abigaile Qualls and Jordan Qualls and a host of other family and friends.
