Pertaining to softball field at Purcell City Lake

The future of the softball field on the southwest side of Purcell City Lake will be the topic of discussion at the next Parks & Recreation monthly meeting.

The Parks & Rec Advisory Board has invited citizens to attend the meeting March 3 at 5:30 p.m. at the Multi-Purpose Center.

The board is  seeking input for discussion purposes for the future of the field.

“Our goal is to work with our community to ensure decisions we make reflect not only what is in the best interest of our city, but also want to hear what you, as citizens, want as well,” Parks and Rec Chairman Dannielle Finch said.

“The board meetings are always open to the public.

“We would love to have your input on the softball field and in future matters as well,” Finch concluded.
