The Heart of Oklahoma received over an inch of rainfall over the Christmas holiday.

The rains came as gentle soaking events with .85” recorded last Tuesday and another .3” measured overnight December 26.

That brings the total so far in 2024 to 55.15”. Normal for this date is 36.20”. Oklahoma City has recorded 37.11”.

Normally, this part of Oklahoma gets 36.52” annually so we are nearly 20” above normal.
