PERSONAL REPRESENTATIVE
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that Brandon Rogers, Personal Representative, of the Estate of Shara Kay Rogers, Deceased, has presented and filed herein his Final Account and Petition for Determination of Heirs, Distribution of said Estate, and Discharge of Personal Representative of said estate.
IT IS THEREFORE ORDERED, ADJUDGED, AND DECREED by the Court and NOTICE is further given that said Final Account and Petition is set for hearing before this Court in the courtroom of the undersigned Judge of the District Court of McClain County, Oklahoma, second floor of the McClain County Courthouse, 121 N. 2nd Street, Purcell, Oklahoma, on the 12th day of February, 2026, at 9:30 o’clock a.m., at which time and place any person interested in said estate may appear and file his exception in writing and show cause, if any, why said Final Account should not be allowed, the heirs of said decedent delermined, said the said estate distributed, and the Personal Representative discharged.
